Women seeking long-term contraceptives now have more options to choose from following Pharmac’s announcement it will fund¬†Mirena and Jaydess from next month.

The Government’s drug buying agency announced the move to widen access to the intrauterine devices (IUDs)¬†on Monday.

The devices will be funded from November 1.
